Before you ever step onto a treadmill, our medical staff will evaluate
your state of fitness and your capacity for vigorous exercise. This
includes a complete
physical exam, EKG, appropriate laboratory studies, and cardiac risk
assessment. Then our fitness staff will design a customized program
just for you. Whether you just want a fun place to get into shape - or
you need to shed a few pounds, lower your
cholesterol, or reign in your blood pressure - BOOMERS is the place
you can do it with confidence.
